DIMANCHE ships worldwide using 'KOREA POST EMS' and you will be able to track your order at any time. 

Products purchased on www.dimanchestore.com are delivered as per delivery times and procedures given below. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the link to track your order.

In any case, the products will be delivered within 30 calendar days, as set by law. If any error has occurred with your order or you have not received it yet, please remember to contact our Customer Care within 30 days from the shipping date, otherwise we cannot guarantee a refund/new shipment.

We inform you that, to ensure the delivery of your order, it is not possible to enter a Post Office Box as a shipping address. If nobody is available at the given delivery address, we will attempt to deliver again. If again nobody is available to receive the parcel, it shall then be returned to the sender. The cost of the new delivery shall be borne by the recipient even if the order was previously sent free of charge.

EXCHANGE & RETURN

You must request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving items.

The item must be in original condition, within 7 days of receiving the items.

Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in anyway.

We cannot accept returned garments that have makeup stains and/or garments that smell of perfume. Please take care when trying garments.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be send back to the customer.

The items/s must be returned to our warehouse before the refund or exchange is issued to the customer.

Refunds will be issued back via your original payment method, please note that your financial institution may need up to 10 working days to clear the funds back onto your account.
